Shipping Policy


At renue, every parcel carries a story of mindful choices, responsible craftsmanship, and a shared commitment to sustainability. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely, consciously, and on time.


Shipping Rates

To keep it fair and transparent, we align with the island’s average cost of transport — $25.

  • If it dips, you’ll receive a refund of the difference.

  • If it rises, a small top-up helps us keep your renue treats rolling your way.

This approach ensures we stay sustainable while reflecting real-time changes in transportation costs.


Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Customized bulk orders or made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer, as each one is crafted with care and intention.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way — from dispatch to doorstep.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries in Asia:
Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.

Notes:

  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • International shipping costs are calculated based on weight tiers.

  • Delivery and shipment dates are estimated; specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

    • If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. Returned packages will incur reshipping costs.

Customs Duties & Taxes:
International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with trusted international couriers such as Singapore Post and other reliable logistics providers.

Refund Policy

Each renue piece is handcrafted, celebrating natural textures and human touch.
Minor variations in color, weave, or finish are not flaws — they’re the unique stories of the hands that made them.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist with a return, replacement, or credit note.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • It must have the renue tag intact and be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns without tags or packaging may not be accepted.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., flowers or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding refund approval.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
